St. Andrews Tribute

The touching tribute put together by Robs friends, colleagues and students was held outside on the green grass. Although the weather has turned Autumnal it was clear skies and even a few rays of sunshine came through. The birds above kept a watchful eye over the readings and speeches given by those who worked closest to him and knew him as the Rob we all loved. The bubble of St Andrews houses a range of backgrounds and this was evident in the choice of words for the day, all beautiful and touching in their unique style and showing the many ways people saw Rob. It was a day to feel proud and a day to bathe in the impact he made during his short time there, now a part of the landscape and forever a part of the life he loved.

Family and friends have an open invitation to watch the tree grow and take a rest on the bench.
